Soccer SKILLS & SPEED PROGRAM
MASH offers 8-week training experiences designed to help athletes elevate both their game skills and athletic performance. Each of the 16 sessions includes 60 minutes of focused soccer training paired with 60 minutes of speed and strength work in the gym, giving players the complete development they need to compete at a higher level.
Spring Session (all ages): April 6 – June 1 | Mon/Wed | 4-6pm
Summer Youth Session: June 8 – July 31 | Tu/Th | 8am-10am
Summer HS Session: June 8 – July 31 | Mon/Wed | 8am-10am
