WHAT IS MASH
MASH Performance Summer SPEED Program is a limited invitation for like-minded athletes looking to gain an edge over the competition this summer. Speed Program runs from June 1 - August 31. There is a free Speed Prep session from May 15 - May 31 for all athletes that register before May 1. Our staff will assign athletes into groups based on sport(s), athletic ability, age and schedule restrictions.

This is an add on to the MASH Performance Membership. Pricing is $474 or $158 over three months.
The Speed Program is a great way to get involved in MASH Performance. The program includes three, one hour speed sessions and an Unlimited MASH Performance Membership from June 1 - August 31.

Coach Nate graduated from UW-EC with Exercise Science, while competing in football.
With 10+ years of experience, and extensive research, Nate is a renowned strength coach, in the Twin-Cities area. He is responsible for creating specific programming for every athlete that walks through the doors.
His daily passion for every individual and his vast knowledge, is what makes him popular with female, male, youth, and professional athletes alike
Enjoys dark coffee and telling laffy taffy jokes.

Strength Coach & Social Media Director
Coach Jake graduated from UMM with Exercise Physiology, while competing in baseball.
Jake is well-known for his acrobatic abilities, and his career as a competitive bodybuilder.
His energy and passion for athletes, has made him an extremely effective strength coach. Jake's inspiring methods have allowed him to coach teams such as: St. Thomas University Baseball, Apple Valley Hockey, Hill-Murray Hockey, NIACC Baseball
Jake is responsible for creating and directing @MashPerformance social media sites
A free-spirit who enjoys dessert first, and funky dance moves.

Strength Coach & Baseball Coach
Coach Kyle graduated from UMD with Exercise Science, while competing in baseball.
Kyle boasts an impressive athletic past, being a collegiate All-American and captain.
With his infectious personality, and versatility, Kyle is known as a Jack of all Trades. His leadership, and ability to connect with athletes, makes him a vital member of the Mash Performance team.
Kyle is the Head Strength Coach for Hill-Murray hockey, and is also an influential coach for Mash Baseball
Enjoys long romantic rides on the stationary bike.
