SUMMER PROGRAM 2026
The MASH Performance Summer Program is your ultimate chance to level up your athletic game this summer! Running from June 8 through July 31, this high-energy program delivers 16 action-packed, two-hour training sessions focused on building explosive strength, lightning-fast speed, agility, and the sport-specific skills you need to crush it in your favorite sport—whether that's football, basketball, baseball, soccer, or anything else.
Dates: June 8 – July 31
Sessions: 16, two-hour sessions (one hour speed, one hour strength each day)
Rate: $700 ($21.85/hour)
Youth Groups (10-13U):
Group 1: Monday / Wednesday 10am-12pm
Group 2: Monday / Wednesday 11am-1pm
Group 3: Monday / Wednesday 12pm-2pm
Group 4: Tuesday / Thursday 9am-11am
Group 5: Tuesday / Thursday 10am-12pm
Group 6: Tuesday / Thursday 11am-1pm
Group 7: Tuesday / Thursday 12pm-2pm
Group 8: Wednesday / Friday 8am-10am
Group 9: Wednesday / Friday 9am-11am
High School Groups (14-18U):
Group 1: Monday / Wednesday 8am-10am
Group 2: Monday / Wednesday 9am-11am
Group 3: Monday / Wednesday 10am-12pm
Group 4: Monday / Wednesday 11am-1pm
Group 5: Tuesday / Thursday 8am-10am
Group 6: Tuesday / Thursday 9am-11am
Group 7: Tuesday / Thursday 10am-12pm
Group 8: Tuesday / Thursday 11am-1pm

Add a 3rd session (16 additional training hours): Fridays 8am-1pm.
