MASH PErformance Speed Camp

MASH offers athletes two SPEED Camp options - Winter & Summer. Both camps provide athletes an exceptional environment to train. Sessions highlight sprint mechanics, acceleration, deceleration and change in direction. 


Summer Speed Camp is a two-hour intensive speed and strength program offered 2 or 3 times per week. The program runs May 15 to August 31.

Speed Camp provides athletes an exceptional environment of like-minded individuals looking to push themselves to the next level. Mash Performance has high level athletes in multiple sports participating in this program.

Athletes already on MASH Performance Memberships qualify for the SPEED ONLY option



Athletes participate in two sessions per week for eight weeks, preparing for the spring athletics season. Sessions options includeTuesday - Saturday times with athlete picking the two times that work best for their schedule. 

Session's Run February 13 - April 15:

Tuesday's & Thursday's: 5-6pm

Tuesday-Friday: 6-7pm

 Saturday's: 9am-10am
