The next edition of our Be Your Own Hero Series features a High School athlete of ours. Luke DeGrammont continues to be a leader in our weight room whether it's Speed Camp in the summer, crushing an offseason max-out day or routinely getting in for in-season recovery. LD: I am from Lakeville, Minnesota.

MP: Where is your birthplace?

LD: Minnesota

MP: Any brother/sisters?

LD: Brother, Collin

MP: What sports do you participate in?

LD: Baseball (@ Lakeville North)

MP: What activities do you enjoy outside of your sport?

LD: Mini Basketball, working out, chilling with the boys

MP: Favorite movie?

LD: Moneyball or Miracle

MP: Why do you train at MASH?

LD: Because it is the best atmosphere and facility in the state of Minnesota.

MP: What’s one thing most people don’t know about you?

LD: That I love to read

MP: Favorite show on Netflix?

LD: Prison Break

MP: Favorite social media app and why?

LD: Twitter because I like to follow my friends and my favorite players and teams.

MP: Gameday Rituals/ Any Superstitions?

LD: PBJ before I pitch, and I don't talk to anyone about an hour before the game just to get locked in. I'm not a big superstitious guy but I do like a good routine

MP: Least favorite Nate Stemper exercise?

LD: Renegade Rows, or around the clock push ups.

LD: Max squat testing

LD: Marcus Stroman

LD: Definitely my phone

LD: Mind Gym. Greatest book of all time

LD: Anything

LD: Pitching in the quarterfinals in last years state tournament.
